About Me

Hannah has a passion to work with adolescents (13+) and adults on an individual basis who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, identity development, life transitions, and spirituality. Hannah says, “I have a desire to help those who have experienced infidelity and sexual betrayal heal from their experiences. I utilize a trauma-informed therapy, psychodynamic, mindfulness, interpersonal, and EMDR therapy. First and foremost, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can begin your journey of healing, progress, and growth.”

My Resume

Hannah’s heart as a counselor is to create a safe and caring environment for her clients where they feel accepted and can begin healing. In creating that environment, she hopes to build a relationship where her clients feel supported as they collaborate in their healing journey. Hannah believes that the experiences and relationships in childhood and adolescence have a profound impact on the lives of adults including thoughts, emotions, values, identity, and worldview.
